Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

After purchasing with us your order will be confirmed and shipped within 24 business hours. We will do our best to ship it to you as soon as possible. Usually, orders are shipped within less than 24 hours when it's not a holiday or weekend. 

Home delivery:

  • Standard Delivery to All United States with any order are ALWAYS FREE.

    We use Priority Mail Flat rate service from USPS. The estimated delivery period is between 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address. We assure that every package can be tracked and it is insured. It does not matter where in United States of America the package its going to be sent, only one Flat Rate price it's applied for your order. 

  • Express delivery - $29.95 USD

    We use Priority Express Mail Flat rate service from USPS.The estimated delivery period is 1-2 business days.

  • International Flat Rate Shipping - $42.00 USD

Priority orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. EST (excluding holidays) are shipped on the same day. Priority orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. We do not offer Saturday delivery, so if you place an overnight/2-day order after 3 p.m. EST on Thursday you will receive that package on Monday/Tuesday and if you place overnight/2-day on Friday after 3 p.m. EST you will receive that Package on Tuesday/Wednesday.

You will always receive your TRACKING NUMBER. You can check the status of your order using your tracking number at USPS TRACKING. All items are tracked and insured. So you don't have to worry.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Rio Brazilian Boutique is not liable for third-party shipping issues, including delays, theft, or lost packages.

What is Route?


Route connects to your orders from partnered merchants, enabling you to visually track packages anytime, anywhere. Add Route Package Protection at checkout for full package protection and resolution for order issues.

How do I file a claim?


Submit claims at [claims.route.com] (https://claims.route.com).

Note: Route refunds the cost of item(s) only; shipping costs, taxes, and Route premiums are not included. Route does not cover custom or duty fees.

How can I track deliveries on the Route app?


Track deliveries in real-time on the Route mobile app. On the MAP screen, swipe through cards or zoom to see where packages are in transit. Tap a card for Order Details, or view a list of all orders on the Orders screen.

International Orders


Rio Brazilian Boutique offers international shipping. Returns are not free, and Store Credit are issued for item(s) at the retail value only after they are returned to our warehouse.


Pre-Order Policy


Pre-order styles are marked with a "Pre-Order" option instead of "Add to Cart," with estimated shipping dates provided on product pages. Payment is processed at checkout, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order ships.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

U.S. Returns:

To better manage the costs associated with processing returns, Rio Brazilian Boutique applies a $10 restocking fee for each return. This fee helps cover shipping, restocking, and related expenses. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of your package delivery date. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all tags intact. Store credit will be issued for eligible returns.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please allow 7 business days for transit time to our warehouse. Once received, returns are typically processed within 5 days. Store credits will be issued after processing and can be used on future purchases.

 

ALL RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS.


Important Return Guidelines:
- Ensure all tags remain attached to unworn garments.
- Remove jewelry before trying on items to avoid damage to delicate fabrics.
- Avoid exposing garments to perfume, smoke, or deodorant, as damaged items cannot be accepted for return.

Items that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted.

 

PRE-ORDER AND ORDERS POLICY

Styles available for pre-order will display the "Pre-Order" option instead of "Add to Cart." The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is within 24 hours after the product becomes available. When placing a pre-order, payment is charged immediately at checkout. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your pre-ordered item(s) have shipped from our warehouse.

Custom items, including those ordered through personalized services such as WhatsApp, are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

In the event of any issues, cancellations, or modifications to your order or pre-order—whether initiated by the customer or the store—a store credit will be issued.

*Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

 Gift Card Policy

We're glad to announce, we now offer gift cards online and in-stores.

See below information about our policies and procedures when buying and redeeming gift cards:

  • Gift cards can be used in-store and online.
  • Gift Cards are valid for the period of 6 (six) months only no exceptions.
  • They cannot be used as a payment method to buy another gift card. 
  • They are non-refundable.
  • Additional discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing a gift card.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • No additional fees apply.
  • Gift cards purchased online will be e-mailed to the recipient.
  • Return and Exchange policy apply for purchases made with gift card, including: accessories and others.
  • Gift cards can't be used to order items of pre-sale, exchanges of previous purchases, or Bazaar, Outlet and other sales. 

If you received a gift card through a Giveaway or any other marketing gifting initiative, please refer to this policy.
